Hi Friends ,
I want to know that if a Bank which falls under Central Wage rate category has a Branch in a state which has State Min.Wage rate higher than the Central wage rate , then which wage rate shall the company follow for the employees working in that state ( Branch)
Please confirm and share any written proof for same.

The particular state Shop & Est Act prevail. wherein, the state Min. wages shall be implemented. I think you are talking about the casual employment. I believe all regular employees of bank would be much higher the min wages of state/central.
