I am new to this group. I went through the various discussion topics and was very much impressed. I would like to know rgding KRA's for an HR professional working in an IT org. I am an HR working for a Telecom Pdt dev company. I am involved in end to end of recruitment, framing policies for the company, Performance Mgmt,Compensation and Benefits etc.
Please help me in framing a good KRA for myself.

Dear Arathi,
You need to elaborate on your RRO's and management expectation more precisely to work out the KRAs. KRAs are dynamic issue where as RRo are fixed for a perticular position which simply means that your KRA shall be reviwed periodically and changed accordingly.
I shall be in position to create your KRAs if i have your detailed RROs
