Hi one of my friend as been terminated form the job after working for almost 6.5 yrs as he found some un-ethical work doing at official database, as a result he did not got his salary & gratuity( which is mentioned in his appointment letter) now he wants to apply for PF and approached to the company they said that you are terminated employee hence you are not eligible to withdraw the PF.can employer stop the same ?

Hi Disa,
You can't stop PF of said employee, in that case you may not proceeding his PF form manually or online he may directly approach to PF office and submitting their form. Then PF office ask you for declaration and authorization.
