Hi 3 months before I hv joined a company as fresher by signing 2years bond. I have some personal issue so I want go back to my native and leave the organization. There are some contradictions were found so I want some clarification.
1.The offer letter said "before completion of 6 months either party can do termination prior to 15 days notice.
but the 100rs stamp paper says I have to work for 2 years.

There is one more contradiction I have found in the offer letter its written that the agreement I have to signed in later stage for the duration of 18 months and the amount will be 1lakhs but in bond its written that the duration of 2 years and bond amount will be 2 lakhs. What are the chances of company to create problems.

The chances are quite high in my opinion.
You work there and can judge their attitudes better.
Whenever intentional variations are made it is with specific intention of creating hurdles.
Off course I may be wrong,it could plain inefficiency or oversight in making different bond amounts and periods.
You can probably point out the differences and then see the reaction.
