Ours Is A IT (US based Company ) With 50 People We Would Like To Redefine Our Leave Policy. Could Anybody Suggest The Leave Policies Followed In Corporate., Briefing About Various Types Of Leaves. . How Many Leaves Can Be Given To Employees During Probation Period, and in year end the leave will carry forward or we have to pay to the employees for the which they have not used.
Can you please give suggestion on this.
