Dear All,
I have been asked by my manager to work on KRA and KPI where in I need to come up with basic components which are important in setting up the KRA(besides the smart goal setting) and how to derive KPI from KRA.
We need to introduce these 2 things in our system so request all to share the detail idea about it.
