Have applied for IJP in my organisation and got selected as well to which my immediate boss got annoyed and trapped in politics and shown in front of HR that I am not loyal to my company. I tried to proof myself because I was not culprit but they all forced me for resignation. Now I left organization for no reason and my company didn't pay any penny to me and also they didn't any provide. Any document as well. What all I found is because my boss is working there for past 7 years , there was no value for my words and without doing anything wrong I am culprit in front of anyone. Please suggest something.

Dear Mr. Nathrao,

IJP means Internal Job Posting. To fill up some positions either by promoting existing employees or by hiring ex-employees, employer use this method .

Dear Tyagi Nehu,

Here I am not able to understand one thing, if you got selected for some position, then how come the situation did lead to your resignation? You will find office politics everywhere but that doesn't mean, anybody can bound you to put down the paper.

You need to understand the rights of employees during employment with any company which shall be governed by standing order of the company which in turn shall be supported by labour laws.

To answer your query which is not clearly mentioned, need to know. ..do you have appointment letter with you? Do they have any proof for the allegation against you? Did they ask you for resignation on a short notice? What your appointment letter says about notice period ?

Also request you to please specifically mention what your query is so that we all can answer well.

There are lots of loose ends in your briefing. You have to provide relevant information to elicit desired solutions. Pl.let us know -

1. What type of establishment you are working in and how many employees are there and how many female among them with you

2. What level is your position, junior level, middle or sr.level and in which dept.

3. How many years of service you have rendered in this co.

4. Is there a proper set up of HR and labour acts & policies are followed.

5. Are you covered by any Standing Order or conduct & discipline rules of your own.

6. What was the necessity to opt for IJP. And you having opted for this why your boss should get annoyed. Is't any way considered as insubordination ?

7. How 'you could be trapped' and proved to be "not loyal to your co.?" Can this IJP option be so lethal costing your job ?

8. How can they force you to resign unless to yield to their " force ", was it a physical threat or some black mailing methods adopted? What would have happened if you would have refused to succumb to the force.

9. What reason you mentioned in your resignation letter for quitting ?

10. Wasn't there any one who could help or guide you in your co.?.

11. Is there exist any redressal mechanism or union to take up your problems to the management ?

12. Are you prepared to fight it out legally with the help of outsiders like advocate, women's rights organisation, other NGOs !

Pl.provide more inf. to help & suggest with our ideas.
