Dear sir,
I was working in Abr enterprises pvt ltd, Chennai with a total strength of 3 persons. Director. Myself- Sales manager and one Sales executive from June 6 2015 to November 30 2015. Our salary was paid by Rtgs to our account. Since our director was at Malaysia, he will transfer salary to Indian joint accounts director and he will rtgs the money to us.

From October month our director came to india , chennai and so we did not get our salary for September and october months. We intimated and forced our chennai jt.Acc.Dir for the same, and he told payment will be released from dubai office. And up to November 30 we worked and on the same day our Accounts Dir told to search for other job and asked us to quit our job on the same day. And our 3 months salary will be released on Dec 2 or 3 2015.

We sent our resignation letters and was not going to office after that.
Each and every day they are telling that they are busy and Dubai HO accounts person was busy and till now we had not received our salaries.
We don't know what to do. without money we can't able to run our families.

We have appointment letter, daily report sent to Dir for all months and resignation letter and salary follow up mail and messages from October month to till date.

Kindly advise what to do.

Dear Mr. Sankar
If your salary is under Minimum wage you can approach Labour Inspector.
If your Salary is beyond Minimum wages you have to approach through civil court, Human Rights Commission etc.
