Dear Sir
My name is Abhishek Khana, I was the employee of 'company name removed'. I worked here till 6 months but they didn't give me the almost 2 months salary Rs. 36330 of October & November even they knew that i have education loan to pay but they didn't give. When i left the company with putting the resignation but they didn't provide me relieving letter and salary slip also,, which is very difficult to get job in other companies also. Please help me in this asap.

Dear Abhishek,

Do you have appointment letter with you ? If yes then did u abide by the T&Cs(notice period) mentioned in the appointment letter prior leaving the company? If yes then you don't need to worry. But yes you need to have resignation acceptance proof at least, if you don't have relieving letter, to submit it in the new company. Resignation acceptance letter serves the purpose of relieving letter in many companies. However some big companies may demand both. And if you don't have resignation acceptance proof then you may honestly tell the HR of the new company about scenario of the previous company as there are numbers of cases where HR/HOD doesn't accept resignation to make employee bound to stay with them.

And if you don't have appointment letter and if you left the company within a day or two, then the company's HR may not cooperate with you. Remember one thing if you don't think about the problems a company may face upon your resignation in a short period, then why should a company think about you. Even if you are in probation and no notice period required as per appointment letter, but still prior leaving a company get all the concerned persons agreed on your resignation and take acceptance on that to maintain a good relationship with the employer because you never know this employer might become a wellwisher for you in future.

Now coming to salary part. ....if you have appointment letter and attendance proof with you and if you have abided by t&cs of appointment letter prior resignation, then you may simply write a letter through registered post asking them about your salary. Along with that u may ask about salary slips/certificate.

And if u don't have appointment letter, then you need to collect some proof which will show u were an employee of that organisation. The proofs may be attendance records, salary transferred to your salary account, records of emails of different dates etc etc. Once it is proved that u were an employee, then u may collect attendance details of those months for which u didn't get salary to claim salary from them.

Lastly would like to say, leaving a company in a short period of time will not be taken positively by the Interviewer whatever the reason you may have. And also this experience would not be counted in most of the companies. Hence taking a note on that be careful about your employment tenure with any company.
