Dear seniors,
What should I do if my company doesn't give any increments after 1.5 year works saying your performance is not satisfactory but when I am asking for relief me then they don't. Said me you have a employer bond for 3 yr. Pay bond amount and go.

Dear Ananta,
There are 2 different queries that are asked here.
1. Increment not done after 1.5 yrs: - this is as per the company policy and based upon your performance, if the same is not there, then there would be no increments.
2. In terms of Employer Bond: - If the company has given any specialized training or has incurred expenses on your stay, then a bond can be enforceable.

Dear Asutosh ji,
As company didn't give any training to me also give me lower levels assignments .company doesn't have a defined system to measure performance levels but it mentioned in appointment letter your increments was given annually based on your performance.
And they also signed me a one side bond that

3yr one side bond stated we can terminate you giving no reason and notice period but if you want break bond do 2 month notice period and give 2 month salary.
It is legal .If I break bond the company can give me legal notice?
Can it harms me in future. Or to my next job.

From India, Pune
If the bond is based on no training, then they cannot enforce it. Also if its one sided than not enforceable. It can harm the next job if, they provide negative feedback to the employer.
Best give the notice period of 2 months and move ahead in life.

Dear Anant Maharana,
It appears that you are in start of your career and not conversant with employers' management tacts prevailing across world. You have narrated 2 problems related to a) performance and salary hike (2)Bond its maintenance and revocation by either sides. Please note that both the problem situation can not resolve without delivery of good performer and circumstances of giving favour by relieving and not enforcing bond signed by you by your higher-ups..... You are in critical problem situation. You can not say today that bond is unilateral. It is legally enforceable , yet to get court's verdict in times to come. My sympathy is with you but want to suggest that you correct both issues with concerns and go in win win situation. Win win situation is when you allow first your opponent to win and last you win. This repeats before professional very often and we choose as a matter of no options. Hope, you agree with my views.
Best wishes,
