Dear Seniors,
Need your help & advise.
We HR team want to write an apology mail to staff on behalf of management that this year annual increment will not happen in the fixed month like past years due to recession in the market. It will happen after 5-6 months. For the junior staff like peons & other staff who are on lower salary it will happen as usual.
Some one please share a draft with me which should not disappoint staff for whom increment is not happening. & they support management as they have done in past 50 years.

Peon and other lower staff must not be having email ids official/personal, most of them may not be well versed with English language. Instead it is appreciated to call them all or individually and explain the fact and regret. In my view letter/mail will not serve the purpose. If you still require a draft letter then we will certainly help you out in drafting.
