I am Avni, I have a doubt regarding the salary Increment after probation period. I have joined the company on 27-11-2014. Company giving increment after completing one-year probation. Could I get the increment amount in November

Hi Avni,
As per your information your DOJ with your company is on 27-11-2014. so obviously 27-11-2015 you would be completing 1 year.Hence you would get increment this month i mean November 2015.

Hi Avani,
As per your above information the Increment is depends on Company's Increment Policy. The Company may have Fixed Month policy, DOJ Policy or else DOC Policy. So please check this possibilities...
