Hi, A graduate with non-engineering background has been shifted to testing. what should be the designation? Please suggest

Hi Philomina Binny,
Designation does not go par with the educational background. I have seen Head of Technology and CTO who does not even have an engineering background. Designation is purely based on the role the person plays and not the background.
