Dear cite hr member, humble request to u all , please resolve my query ASAP ,
If any employee leave organisation during probation period and just after 4 day of joining , is there any law to pay for four days salary .

Dear Ranu,
Ref to your Notice Pay Clause of the company, follow the same. Genereally if the employee has left after 4 days, it would not be resignation, it would be absconding... Terminate his/her employement for no show.
