Hi, I am Sandhya Singh working with a pvt. firm and going to complete my 5 years, but I am worry that I will be eligible for Gratuity or not because I am not having any kind of PF deduction. Please confirm me if there is no deduction for PF, the person is eligible for gratuity or not.

Whether you are covered under PF,ESIC or not, You will be eligible if you have worked for 4 years + 240 calender days in a company without any break in service.
Every company which has employee strength of more than 10 will be covered under payment of gratuity act 1972.

As Mr. Divakar advised even if the organisation is not enrolled with ESI & PF you need not to worry. If at all the total employee strength is above 10 then sure you are eligible for Gratuity.
Gratuity shall be paid only at the time of quitting the company
