With my limited ability of reading Gujarati it is seen that the wages mentioned are so low that the there appears to be some mistake.

Gujarat govt has decreased Minimum Wage by 0.10 Rs. w.e.f. 01/10/2015
Zone wise new Minimum Wage will be as under for all type of industry:
Zone- 1:
Unskilled- 286.30
Semi skilled- 294.30
Skilld- 303.30
Zone- II
Unskilled- 278.30
Semi skilled- 286.30
Skilled- 294.30

Semi skilled- 294.30 + 9.50 = 303.80
Skilld- 303.30 + 9.50 = 312.80
Zone- II
Unskilled- 278.30 + 9.50 = 287.80
Semi skilled- 286.30 + 9.50 = 295.80
Skilled- 294.30 + 9.50 = 303.80
