Dear Sirs, I came to know an employee who drawn Rs.10000 and below (Basic+DA) is eligible for bonus as per act. But if an employee's Basic+DA is revised in middle of the year, for (eg: from Rs.9000 to Rs.11000), is he eligible for Bonus or not? if yes how to calculate the Bonus ?

Dear Advaithi,
Bonus is statutory till the employee draw a salary of above Rs. 10,000. For example in a financial year, for 6 months salary is Rs. 10, 000 or below and for the rest 6 months salary is above Rs. 10,000; statutory eligibility is 50% of the total year.
