Pension Member don’t have family. Can he nominate others as nominee please clarify and list of eligible nominees

If he doesn't have wife or children, he can nominate his brothers or sisters or their kin.
If he doesn't have any nearest blood relation he can nominate any person(whom he wishes to) or organization (like orphanges, societies, hospitals or educational institues or anything).
Am I wrong?

Yes . It can be done. Whenever a new person joins the organization ,asked to fill PF Nomination Form 2 .
wherein it's clearly mentioned to fill under EPS , to nominate any person apart from family member .
Can nominate brother's name / his son or daughter / sister's name / her son & daughter . or can mention as clarified by Prachanda.
Also attaching PF Nomination form 2 for your reference .
