i resigned from a job and surrender one months salary to a company as per their norms and from 45 days i am constant follow up with HR for relieving letter and send mail as well but no proper response from them. they are asking to visit office to complete pending query and f&f process. which i have completed all exit process at LWD. though i have resolved their queries no. of times still the same issue. and now director is also involved and pressurising to visit office and pending query i replied to them to mail me for pending queries. Kindly advise. i have joined and i m very much in need of relieving letter

They are asking you to come one last time and resolve the queries they have. So what is the actual problem in going there for a few hours to do that ? Otherwise there is no resolution of this matter,

I agree with Saswata.
NO harm in visiting your previous employer once and clearing all dues. Personal interaction in this case is any time better than sending mails or making calls. If things are confident in your mind, the issue will get sorted then and there. Do not worry a visit will really help you and your Company to get all the queries resolved.

I will also repeat same advice as given by other learned members. Visit old office once again with prior appointment. Sort out queries in writing and close the matter. This is the best way out.

Few companies have mandatory norm of final exit FnF discussion.This is basically for understanding your exact resignation reason and they would use the same to counter problems like attrition.

Here the querist is not being called for exit interview to understand reasons for exit..
Apparently there are other queries-work related which the relieving company wants to get clarifications from recently relieved employee.
Pending clearance of queries,relieving letter is being held up.
