Hello Sir/Mam,
I have doubt regarding PF/ESIC nomination of a new employee. The question is that can we enroll name of an employee who was enrolled in PF/ESIC in his previous company and did not eligible for PF withdrawal befor 2months of his exit.
And he joined our company. Can we enroll his name now or we have to wait for 2 months.

Suggest to not show the employee as New member for PF & ESI. Provide a continuity of service...
For PF, do connect through his existing UAN, for ESI, if he has permanent card, you can continue the same, by linking the existing I.P number.

Yes You can enroll him under EPF now.Even he has withdrawn his EPF amount in respect of his previous employer after resignation, he can/shall be enrolled Varghese Mathew-TVM 9961266966/8547139493.
