Dear Vipan,

All these questions are behavioural interview questions. The reply would differ from person to person. Reply differs because dissimilar situation each person faces. Whatever reply one gives, supporting questions would emerge from the primary reply. Therefore, interviewee has to be ready with the supporting or clarifying questions than the primary question itself. Quintessence of these questions lies their ability to elicit truthful replies. Even if interviewee wishes to he/she cannot concoct answers.

To reply these questions, one has to be ready well before one sits across interviewer. As and when incidents happen, one has to record them diligently. Interviewee would be able to give the replies to behavioural questions provided he/she has maintained the records.

Against this backdrop, I recommend you preparing your own replies and uploading it here. I will help you in preparing yourself to answer the supporting or clarifying questions. Since I conduct the training programme on "Behavioural Interviewing", I can assess what supporting questions could be asked. Click on the hyperlink, to know details of the training programme.

All the best!
