Hi,
I'm joining my old company within a year, I worked in that company for 4.10 yrs. Can i withdraw my previous PF with this company? because i asked finanance department of my old company and they denied because i'm joining back there. They suggested i can withdraw only if buying a house that too if i've completed 5 yrs of service. However once i join they will create new PF account and wont link to old one.
Please suggest how can I withdraw PF amount.

Once you have resigned, you can withdraw your EPF amount after 60 days of last working date. If you join again, they will provide you the new PF number. You can transfer the old amount to your new account through online memberclaims.epfoservices.in or by submitting the form 13
You can withdraw the old account by submitting the application of form 19 and 10c to the epf office.
Ask your employer to sign it at designated place in the above forms and return it to you. You can submit to epf office and get the acknowledgement. If there is any deviation, let EPF department mention that. Your employer cannot give you reasons / hold on withdrawing the your PF amount.

You have to submit in your respective regional office only. For eg: In Chennai EPFO has three offices:
1. Chennai central office is at Royapettah which starts my PF no with TN/MAS/xxxx/xxxx
2. Chennai Tambaram location, PF no: TB/TAM/xxxx/xxx
3. Chennai Ambattur location PF No: TN/AMB/xxx/xxx
Based on the PF code, the office will be allocated. We have to submit the claim form in the respective branch offices only. Otherwise it may lead to rejection of application or they wont accept it.

Dear Amrita,
You can request your employer to submit your EPF and EPS withdraw form in PF office or after taking employers sign and stamp you can submit same to PF office.
As you said you are working in Pune so if your company is registered under Pune office then you can submit your form in PF office which is at Golibar Maidan on Hadapsar Road.

Dear Amrita,
Why do you want to withdrawal your PF as well as PS amount ?
if you don't need you can transfer your balance at your new PF a/c no.
it is beneficial to you because your past services also consider for pension
& you will get the intrest on your PF balance in future if you work further or if you don't want to do the job or not decided to work in future then prefer "scheame certificate" rather then withdrawal of pension amt it cover's family, family will get pension if any mischeif will happend but the scheme for those only who worked minimum one month's service secondly if you decided to work again in future then that scheame certificate will credited or added to your future service and for all this process you may visit PF's official site it will help you to get all what you need to know ie names, address of PF's offices, Regional offices etc.
