Dear sir,
Pl. suggest me what to do in the following case.
A person "A" is working as full time employee in an establishment "X" where p.f contribution is deducted from his salary.
The same person is also working on part time basis in an establishment "Y' which is also covered under P.F.
The question is whether P.F contribution will also be deducted from the salary/ remuneration drawing from establishment "Y"

If your establishment is covered under PF act, even part time employees are entitled for PF deductions. Company Y will have to deduct PF contribution for the part time worker.

Dear Mr. Nathrao, Thanks for your comments,Here is the question,in case of death in harness of the member can the the nominee claim for P.F withdrawal , EDLI and pension benefit for the employment in "X" and "Y" company separately? That certainly will be double benefit for a single incident. Is it lawful or not? waiting for your comments.

The nominee will be entitled to only one pensionary benefit. Form 20 and associated documentation is elaborate enough to obviate two claims for same deceased person.
