Have there been any measure or program been introduced before? Looking for a performance development program would need you to identify the exact areas where you want to find improvements.
What is the time duration that you have in mind? A program cannot be only for short-term targets. Assuming you have quantified desirable outputs you have identified measures for them.
Who have been in charge of performance improvements in your firm so far? Is it owned by individual managers or do you have a dedicated team working along with the Quality Assurance and Training ?
Even if you teams are capable enough , they might still need facilitation by Action coach and performance trainers.
Looking forward to understand what exactly improvements are you looking for .
