I have working as capacity of HR in the software company at Ahmedabd.
Our head office in mubai. Now my question is our company deducted PT of all employee from mumbai and deposit it to BMC. It is compulsory that PT of Employee deposit at ahmedabad munciple office.

Yes, As PT belongs to state government Professional Tax has to be deducted at respective states & has to be remitted there only
