Dear Friends,
We are multinational company going to start our branch in India soon. Could any one suggest organization structure in India for stat up company as we are not aware of designations and its importance among the professionals and customers?.
The branch Head could be called, what?. " Country manager", it looks odd for our colleagues. The President &CEO, MD, posts are from parent company.
I would appreciate if any one recommend good designation for the person who is heading in India and other professionals.
Regard,

Dear Friends,
Thanks a lot for both of your reply email letter.
Our company President and MD will be in abroad. Only the incharge of manager for India will manage the whole operation for distributing their products. Slowly they will expand their presence ( Manufaturing base with R & D) after 5 years to 10 years time. The sector belongs to Chemicals and Drug intermediates. Since the designation system in India is just amazing for them as it just reverse from their country.
I think this information is good enough to write me the suitable designation for the incharge who is going to come India to look over their business.
Regards,
Muru
