1. Is there any higher education that i can do in order to enhance my career.
2. I got a suggestion about MS-Operation Management. Is this the right choice. Are there any universities offering MS- Operation in distance education.

Dear Gowtham,

To build a career qualification is necessary but then you should check whether do you use what you have already. Mere

accumulation of degrees will not propel you to higher position.

The existing qualification i.e. BE (Mech) and MBA (HR & Marketing) is more than sufficient. Yet you are working as IT recruiter. Why? Is this not belittlement of yourself? Stop this belittlement first. First learn to live up to your qualifications. Give value to yourself. If you do not value yourself then why others will value you? If you were unable to get job in HR, then why you did not take a chance in Marketing? What was hold up? If not Marketing then you could have taken up any job that uses your analytical skills.

Possibly there could be pressing financial needs and you were not getting job of your stature hence this compromise. But instead of compromising, you should have revisited the basics of Engg and attended the interviews or recruitment tests with complete confidence. You may do that even now also.

Regret that I did not mince my words while giving you career advice but it was necessary also.

All the best!

dear friend,
It is not fortunate to be in the IT sector (recruitment), since, you are not directed without goals things go hapzard. First, do know yourself and what is your passion, set high for good things, in fact, compulsion might have do you to get the way out from initial bickering. Make yourself clear where do you want to be at the later stage. You must take that initiative and do the best ...
best of luck ...
