Dear Rinki
In Haryana first you need to register your Company on Haryana labour department site,
After that apply factory licence online, Form -2 and fee calculation chart avialable there as per your manpower and saction power, accordingly you calculated and paid concern fee through treasory challan it alos online.
Further you need to submit following docs.
1- Old copy of Factory license if renewal
2- List of directors
3- Board of Resoluiton
4- Memorandum of article
5- Electricity load sanction
6- Form No. 2
7- Fee paid by online

First you need to contact a Chartered Engineer for preparing the building map after that you can submit this with all the relevant paper for document you can obtain a copy of check list from the office of the Deputy director IS&H, or from Nand book depot Gurgaon. In the mean time you can file the form No. 2 in online but license is not issued till building map is approved. and you also need RR report from Assistant Director IS&H.
