I am working with a limited company having more than 1000 employee strength,since last 4 years but my didnt deduct my PF amount, I have already requested and mail many times to HR Deptt: n Account Deptt: but no one is responding, although pf is deducted for most of the employee, what should I do, Please give me your Valuable legal suggestion.

U can lodge a online complaint on epfo website. After this see magic. Ur all PF amount will be paid from joining date. Regarding any help u can call me at 9255592193

Dear Sir,
I am working with a Limited Company since 11th of May 2011 to till date, i,e nearly about 4 year 2 months but my HR manager didn't deduct my PF amount, I have already requested through mail,verbally and through Chats many times regarding this to HR Department and Account Department, but no one is responding. Although as it is Limited Organization having near about 10000 employee globally, PF is deducted for most of the employee, now i am about to get gratuity after 10 month than my manager has given termination notice for 1 month verbally (still i haven't got any mail regarding this), and also stop my annual appraisal,since two months with the allegation of low performance and attitude, while my performance is equal to or may be higher to my colleague.
What Should I do, please give me your Valuable legal suggestion
