Hi,
I have resigned from the services of my existing company on 11.3.2015 via email stating the actual reason of my inline manager's inhumane/behavior and hence i had marked the email to hr head and MD of the company and not to inline manager. I am on probation and working for 5 months. As per my appo. letter terms I have mentioned that I will serve the 1 month notice period till 10th April 2015. But till date no one has acknowledged in any written form whether my resignation has been accepted/rejected and today I came to know that my March2015 salary has been put on hold. When I approached HR Head he said that my resig has been accepted and that i will get all money on F&F date. But he is silent when i requested him that Company should acknowledge my resignation on paper/writing.
I wanted a smooth exit but they are turning things sour for me. Please guide what are the steps to be taken by me, my last resort will be taking legal action against the company. All i want is that i get released officially on 10.4.2015 with all relieving certificates and F&F on the same day.
regards
SC

It is not compulsory from the HR that he should sign in the resignation letter as token of acceptance. However it is your responsibility to take the photocopy of your resingation letter and you can be relieved after one month due notice that you are proper in discharging your responsibility.
Please see to that you relieve smoothly without friction.

Thank you for your comments but i meant only reverting back on my resig email. And moreover even after serving my notice period, what if the org doesn't give me release related documents and my F&F amount.

there are no need of acknowledgement Mail from HR Side,
if you clearly mention in your resignation letter regarding your 01 month notice period and your date of leaving the organisation, and they hold your March'15 salary, its self explanatory that they received your mail n accepted the same,
Matter is so cleared and know one is empowered to hols your F&F while they found any obligation against you,
so its my advise, complete your Notice period silently and demand your F&F after completion of notice period.
