Need advice urgently. I need to draft a letter to staff of changing the staff job responsibilities and also company will remunerate the staff. How shall i draft this letter, please help. Thanks.

1) What capacity staff was working?
2) What Job Responsibilities he was performing?
3) Is it a increase or degradation in his responsibilities?
4) By "remunerate the staff" what you mean, rise in pay or decrease in pay as per the changed responsibilities?
