I want to Implement Mission statement for My department (HR). As it will not only Motivates the persons working with HR, will also let other know how HR is important to the company and is Impacting to the company.
I request you to please send me some of the valuable Mission Statements we can ddisplay on signboards and display in our department and on floor.

But I am Looking of Quotes which will say about HR Missions. A display Quote, a one liner which will change everyone's point of view towards HR tasks.

"to create a "best in class" HR shop in xxx company
"we mould the people who make your shoes"

Can I suggest something different - why dont you gather your whole HR team and take them for a day out & there brainstorm & create a mission statement.
a> it will be more meaningful
b> there will be a better buyin
c> all of you will be more motivated by looking at it
And if you have time you can also decide on you Values.
Believe me its going to be a transforming experience for the team.
But do prepare the team beforehand so that exercise is taken seriously.
We had done it - & hope you too do.
