If we don't want a candidate to join our company, what preventive actions or pointers can we take or put in offer letter so that candidates don't accept the offer?
Its very urgent & necessary, kindly somebody reply.

What i understand from you post is that you have finalized a candidate, informed him to join your company from a given date, and now you want to avoid him getting recruited. Is my understanding right???

Hello NehaSonu,
Further to the query of Brijendra Singh, pl also confirm the reason(s) thereof.
Based on the little inputs you provided, this 'seems' to be more of an issue of unplanned/hurried hiring--without applying much mind--than anything to do with the candidates themselves per se.
In which case, do you think it's professional? You want them to take the flak for YOUR Company's mistake(s)? For all you know someone from among the candidates MAY have forgone other Offers.
If you wish to have clear & workable suggestions from the members, suggest pl provide the FULL details of the situation.
Else you are bound to get half-baked suggestions/solutions based on HOW EACH member understands your inputs.

Dear TS & Brijendra Singh,
Thanks for your reply.
We have not given offer yet. Its not like that we have not planned but the circumstances have become like this in the organization. All the recruitment were well planned & we have actually done hand picked.
Happy to inform you that we have over come this situation.
Problem : Infrastructure for Training
Solution : Divided the batch into 2, different Joining dates given to each batch.
Really want to thank you for investing your valuable time.

Hello NehaSonu,
Glad that the problem has been resolved.
There's a Quote: "If you want the right answer, ask the right question".
Your use of the word 'candidate' can mean anything--from a Fresher [which seems to be in your case] OR experienced person upto a very senior level. You have left it ENTIRELY to the understanding/assumption of who reads your Posting.
Hope you get the point.

i am navaf, my opinion is you just include some more responsibility for him and say less salary package in offer letter

candidate means fresher or experienced person, but you give him answer the way of "candidate is a human being, our objectives is a "how the candidate reject this offer letter, that mean how one human reject this letter
