Standing Order Approval

Dear Friends, I have a doubt that should the Standing Order of the Company should be approved by the labour commissioner every year? regards renu

It is not required to get approved every year.
whenever it has additions or deletions, it is required to get approval from representatives (union), Management and Labour commissioner. Otherwise it is not required.
