Dear Atul,

You can withdraw your offer, however, it depends on the clauses mentioned in the offer letter. Please check the following news item and try to find whether the contents are applicable to you:

Rejecting a job offer? Get ready to pay penalty - Economic Times

While accepting offer from the first company, you could have been little thoughtful. You could have waited for the outcome of the interview from the second company. Recruitment is a long drawn process. Many persons are involved in the selection of the candidate. If you revoke your acceptance letter, their efforts will go in vain. For the sake of few more thousands you would belying their trust that they had reposed on you. This is nothing but leaving them in lurch (tond ghashi padne in Marathi). It is your personal call. Therefore, think from their side also.

Thanks,

Dear,
You can withdraw your offer letter if there is no penalty clause revoking the offer letter.
Not joining is better than joining and working with half heartedness as you will have grudges that another option could be better.
Just send an apologetic word in mail and mention that you will not be able to join.Hr are smart they must have some person as a back up.
Good Luck !!!
