I need a reply of show cause notice. Which has been given by the technical GM to HR Manager. You are requested to provide your valuable suggestion .

Issue to show cause notice is your company's internal matter. Unless we know the complete facts of the case, how can we give the suggestions?
Show cause notice is given once the management is convinced about the misconduct by the employee? What exactly happened? Generally it is HR department that issues the show cause notice but then why HR is receiving the show cause notice now? Please provide complete information.

It seems; the Technical GM of the Company has issued a Show Cause Notice to the HRManager; but on what grounds. Though it may be a confidential matter; when you seek advice from the members, you have to reveal the facts rather than hiding; so that member will get an idea of the situation and suggest reply.

Queries of such sorts becoming common these days in this forum. Unable to understand how can members in HR department can be so lackadaisical while posting messages in forum. Certainly I feel among the present day HR team, the quality is taking a dip.Sorry to say about this, but a fact. Without letting us know the issue related to a Showcause notice, how can anyone advice responses. Does he know (Rahul) what is a Show cause notice and what is its implication in terms of employee grievance,discipline, enquiry or simply throwing the hat in the dark.
