hello, i want write warning letter to my staff. his not follow company rules and procedure. he did not give any information of customer and did not pay deposit and just let customer go. Please help me create the warning letter

Before giving a warning letter have you given verbal any warning.
Have you told the importance of collecting the deposit?
Is your subordinate new to the job or experienced?
The lapse is first time or repeated many times.
Please consider all the above.
It is always beneficial in the long run to correct the reported by giving verbal
instructions (regularly) and warnings( rarely).
If you still need a draft read the following and modify according to fact.
‘DEAR Mr...............
As per company procedure you have to collect a deposit of .......
from every customer.
On ........date you have failed to collect the deposit of .............
You have not informed our customer about........
Why you have not taken the deposit?
Since this is the first time you are hereby given a warning.
OR
Since you have been repeatedly not following the procedures
you are hereby given a strict warning.
You are strongly advised to follow company procedure always.
