Dear sir,
I am a teacher in a pvt eng medium school wherein my PF was deducted for a period of 5 months in 2003-04 for which I also received PF slip from the deptt. I left the school thereafter for pursuing my BEd & joined the same school in jul 2006 after a brief stint of 3 months in another school where my PF was not deducted. My PF has not been deducted since then in my present job where I am serving my 9th year. Is the school justified in doing the same & what can i do to get it deducted. Moreover, how can I claim the already deducted amount?

From India,
What was your salary at the time of rejoining ? What other forms did you sign at that time ?

Dear S Banerjee, this is to ur query w.r.t my query 514579. At time of my rejoining in jul 2006 my net salary was rs 8655 & I didnt sign any forms then Sir.
From India,
Did you withdraw the PF when you left the job first time? You may clarify this also. Did your employer convey any reason for not covering you in PF all these 9 years?
From India, Chandigarh
Dear sir, this in ref to 514579 , I didnt withdraw my PF at any time till now. Prior to my rejoining I worked in another school for a period of 3 months where my PF was not being deducted. This was the reason given by my present employers for not deducting my PF as well.
