Hi Citians,
We are a team of 15 people in HR doing 9-6 work. And all the time we are in office only work...work....and more of work...nothing else.
This tendency slowly makes all of us stagnated and more mechanical.
Are there any HR Motivational Games available so that the whole team could be rejuvenated?

Hi, I think this is very important for all of us. Work does become mechanical. I request all members of this site to share you views on this. Regards, Daniel Numb

Hi,
I think that work can become more interesting if we can take extra initiatives at our work place. It can be an intiative with regard to a brainstorming session, or a debate. These things contribute to knowledge sharing and can be fun as well. It is a perfect way to learn more and break the monotony of work at the same time.
Each member of the team can come up with an idea and it can be executed some time during the day or on a week end.
It works. I've tried it.

Some time back it was coined. one hr strategy game could be to divide the members in small team and given group of words and numbers. they need to re arrange them and after it interchange with other team one on one basis and make complete sentence that could be any thing depending upon subject of the day.
let me know how it sounds !!!

Commucation is important and effective. i want to share with you my experience.
--everyone find out the problem which happened in the daily work ,ask and inquire others how to handle it more professional and effectively
---Work out the primary solution about recent task, and whole team sit down together to discuss by brainstorm way.
---Team lead may consider the post shift.

Dear All, I m thinking to plan a small employee game so can you all guide and provide me any fun internal game?? Regards, Pradnya Sr. HR Executive
