I want to do EPF transfer from my previous company.
In EPFO records, name and address of company is different than the current name and address.
Name is changed as it is acquired by other company.
While making transfer which address and name I need to mention in the Application Form

Hi,
It is possible, accumulation can be transferred.
Simply fill form 13 by applying following process , Provident Fund account of a member from one establishment to another establishment covered under the act / scheme, form is enclosed herewith for the reference.
You have submit the same after attestation of the same form current employer need not to approach to previous employer anymore during the process.
