I have join company and after 15 days due to fever i am on leave for 15 days and i have submitted my medicals certificate on present day on duty but company terminate from my post and not give me 15 days salary , for this what i do ??? Is employer can hold a salary or not giving me pls help me in this matter.

Due to this i have gaps in my career and now days i am jobless and employer does not provide any type of letters

Hi Vicky, Please refer your appointment order. your Employer says any term and condition policy about resignation and terminate in your appointment order.

Dear Vicky,
Was your attendance of those 15 days noted somewhere in hard / soft copy? If yes, you can take the matter up. If no, how can you say that you were employed there?
If yes, you can send letter by RPAD on office address mentioning the facts. In the closing paragraph please mention that, if the payment is not made within 3 working days, you will be constrained to approach Govt. Labour Officer of your area.
