2. What Acts are applicable for the non-teaching staff?
3. Are teachers covered under the Payment of Bonus Act?
4. How does one terminate a permanent employee for insubordination?

Dear Correspondent,
1) Who gave the approval/affiliation or the board approved to run the school?
2) The authority whether the school is approved with the State or Central or CBSE or any other authorities?
3) EPF common to all the schools
4) Have you have school teacher permanent or temporary with bond system otherwise the type of appointment?
5) What about non teaching staff? Drivers? Cleaners? and other supportive staff?
Better, follow the state rule if the school is got the approval of the concerned State, since, you seems to be the correspondent certainly there are a lot of advisers around you, or please get in touch with the local school head master who will guide you on these issues..
