Respected Sir,
I was working with Necta Technology Pvt Ltd which was in Chennai ,Egmore -- from Feb 2006 till 31st April 2014 with any break and the company got closed till now they have not paid my last month salary,Pf and gratutity have also not been settled, If I ask also they are not replying wat I should have to do please suggest me.

Hi,
It is very sad to hear about the closure.
Try logging into PF website..there is a Grievance or Complaint menu in the PF website...you can lodge about your PF there.
Mostly, your company should have the registration for PF in Royapet, Chennai..visit PF office in Royapet and share the details...they will help you.
