Dear Folks,
While uploading employees name in the Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) process by an colleague of mine, there is a mistake occurred.
[Scenario[/B]
1) There are few employees who were above the ceiling limit of PF and they were not suppose to be in PF ( as agreed by employer and employee). However by mistake, their account has been created in PF Portal and generated Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) on their name.
Please suggest on the below:
a) How edit the employee data (name,DOB,Nominee details)from PF portal (where Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR) has been done on their name)
b) Can we delete employee data from ECR
Please provide your input on any alternate solutions to this.
