As far as Pursuing a Distance MBA is concerned, IGNOU is the safest option. But we also have likes of SCDL (Symbiosis), SMU (Sikkim Manipal), IMT Ghaziabad etc... But with these private institutes, there is often an issue related to their recognition from DEC (Distance education Council) which is having its offices at IGNOU. But nevertheless, a lot of people do it from SCDL and other private institutes to bolster their career.
But my personal suggestion would be to be on the safer side and go for an MBA from IGNOU or any other Govt university.
