If you salary is more than Rs. 15000 you can not avail ESIC benefits in that case if company have medical insurance then it can help you otherwise you have to bear yours own .
Aside: It is suggestion take any general insurance policy it support you

No. The company need to bear the all the medical expenses in case of any occupational hazard or any injury in & due course of employment ( ie., while on duty). Regards - kamesh

As always, please specify what actu your company comes under and where it is located.
As such, there is no specific law that says companies or businesses need to provide medical benefits to its employees
