Dear Seniors,
I am working in a Ltd company. In the Audit, we found lacking grievance committee & canteen committee meetings. Please discuss the procedure of formation of Grievance Committee & Canteen Committee & sample of these committee meetings. Its urgent to clear the compliance. please reply.

Hello,
The simple solution will be -
1. To invite voluntary participation from different departments to be a part of Canteen Committee & Grievance Committee.
2. Discuss and decide the maximum & minimum members limit (e.g. 8 or 10, depends on company size)
3. Assign various roles to members after discussions e.g. one person check the hygiene, one person the quality and taste of food, another variety of food, cleanliness etc.
4. Have regular meetings and record minutes of meetings and put it on notice board.
5. Keep regular checks on the implementation of decisions by Committee.
The same procedure will be applicable to Grievance committee.
