Evey week You can ask one of them to prepare topic's in HR ANYTHING RELATED TO hr Could be recruitment, PA...... or other new changes happening in HR industry........there are many topic.........they can make a PPT, can share Mangement stories followed by team games etcccccccc
This will help your team to get break from wat r they doing,,,, they will come across various other aspect of HR apart from Recruitment, it will make them aware about was going around, moreover they CONFIDENT will grow they will comfortable to talk to crowd......

Well Deepa thanks for the suggestion but as we are software consultant do u think its possible for the employees to execute such kind of task coz most of them are developers so u can imagine the work pressure...
It would be kind if you can suggest me something which is feasible and can be done from our side rather than asking from them........
like quizzing,puzzling etc.

Hi,
My suggestion would be as follow:
1) Movie Day (management movies)
2) Health Promotion day (e.g. Hand Protection Day, Health Screening, Health talk, Group Aerobic, health games like Hoo-La-Hoop, Built Cleen of Health, Push Up, Sit Up and etc)
3) Bowling Friendly Match
How its useful.
Thanks.

2) Team work: Remember the Titans ( movie)
3) Interviewing: More than a gut feeling
4) Negotiation/Leadership: 12 angry men, Lance Armstrong

Hi Bhavna,
Guru -by Mani Ratnam .I think its one of the best movie directed by mani Ratnam Full of class, highly motivational & inspirational scene surely the one to be watch out for especially for managment people.

If they are stressed out, then initially, make them pick out pieces of paper from a bowl; three papers will have crosses on them; those that picked the crosses must, one by one, relate in detail the most satisfying day of their lives. This will bring back their best memories, and revive and strengthen them. The next week, make the remainder of the group pick out the crosses/blanks. This way everybody will get a chance. Also, those who listen, will themselves feel happier and more content.
Try this out. The rest of the day, play some non-management games to take their minds off work and relax them.
Hope this works.
