Dear Seniors :
Our company has hired person in Nepal. I have been instructed to complete his HR formalities.
Please provide me your valuable advise on following points -
1. We are Indian private ltd company and new employee is Nepal citizen and he is going to work in Nepal only. Hence can we take him on our Indian company's payroll
2. Is PF/ PT will be applicable to him
3. Is there any other rules applicable to such employment whether from India or Nepal
Kindly provide me your inputs at the earliest.
