Dear Shalu,
You can add 'Employee Expectations from the Management' in the form Survey as one of the activity to your Employee Engagement List.
This is a full fledged activity,
1. Where you will have first to analyse the areas of concerns for your employees /
organisation
2. Design a questionaire based on Pt. 1
3. Communicate the employees effectively of the objective.
4. Analyse the feedback.
The feedback should be bifurcated into different ACTIONABLE AREAS and discussed with Top Management . A time should be provided for the ACTIONABLE AREAS to work on and later employees should be updated on the same.
This will build trust of employees in HR and the organisation, reduce Attrition and improve the productivity.

Sumit
